Your data files never leave your machine

Parquet Reader opens and processes your files entirely on your computer. File contents, file names, query text and query results are never uploaded, transmitted, or collected — by design, the app has no mechanism to do so.

Accounts are optional

You can use the app without creating an account. If you choose to sign in (with Apple or Google) — for example, to use a Pro subscription on more than one Mac — we store the minimum needed to operate the account:

• your name and email address as provided by the sign-in provider (Apple lets you hide your real email);
• a provider identifier used to recognize your account;
• your subscription status (active plan and expiry), as reported by Apple.

This is stored on our authentication server (auth.parquetreader.app) and used solely to operate sign-in and subscription access. We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. To verify a purchase, the app may send Apple's signed transaction receipt to our server; it contains subscription metadata only.

Website

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-less aggregate analytics to count visits.

Data deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email m.bvynnytskyi@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
